Alameda Sea Level Rise Survey

Sea level rise is already impacting the Bay Area, and Alameda is one of the most vulnerable cities. Rising tides, stronger storms, and flooding can impact our homes, neighborhoods, businesses, and daily lives. This is an opportunity to share your ideas, concerns, and hopes for the future of the waterfront. This survey is a crucial step in Alameda’s adaptation process.

The City of Alameda, technical experts and community partners are working on solutions to protect people, housing, jobs, and natural areas from flooding. The information shared here focuses on Alameda. Adaptation planning for the City and Port of Oakland is covered under a separate but coordinated process.
